Zumbar is a Spanish verb, meaning to buzz, hum, or purr.  This shop was founded in 2003, a little boutique coffee roasting company with two locations.

As a small retailer, Zumbar only sources quality green coffee by working with experienced, professional brokers throughout the year that provides not only recommendations but also detailed sensory analysis to help shape their decisions.

The coffees have a rich and sweet taste with a pleasant aftertaste.  A lot goes into making a cup of coffee here.  After paying special attention to detail, they balance time, temperature, and airflow by urging the coffee beans through the roast using a vintage cast iron coffee roaster.

With a simple menu, the cold brews, americano, and any other espresso are highly recommended.

You’ll find fresh coffee prepared on-site, as well as delicious locally sourced teas.  Freshly prepared breakfast and lunch options are available.  Upon teaming up with a few local bakeries, there are several delectable pastries baked fresh daily every day.

This turned into a well-rounded place serving up breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, desserts, and even alcohol.

Specializing in 99% organic and 100% non-GMO food items, the owners are passionate about quality organic food.

The number one selling item that you need to try is the Veggie Bowl.  Not only is it 100% vegan but also 100% organic, made with house-made cashew cheese.  What’s nice is that you can turn these bowls into burritos or salads depending on what you feel like for the day.

If you need a night in, they are open for pick-up and delivery options with Door Dash and Grub Hub.
